hereinafter: Service Provider) and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as "the client") providing electronic commercial services at Artandlens (hereinafter referred to as "the webshop").

  1. Introductory provisions

1.1. The GTC shall cover all electronic commercial services provided in Hungary in the electronic webshop on the www.artandlens.com website.

1.1.2.The general business conditions do not apply to all cases where the person wishing to buy a service or goods from the Seller shall be carried out within the framework of the entrepreneurial activity.

1.1.3. The individual photography agreement is possible to determine the conditions other than general business conditions. The different provisions set out in the individual photography agreement are prioritized against the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

1.2. Purchase at Artandlens Webshop is possible by an electronic order, as defined in this GTC.

1.3. Anyone who places a successful and valid order on the Website by entering its real data and recognizes the content set out in these Terms and Conditions is entitled to use the Artandlens Webshop services.

1.4. The order is not considered as a contract, it can be modified or canceled until it is fulfilled. This is possible by phone, email and letter. The contract between the parties is created when buying a photo, video, paying the consideration of the photo or video. The contract with the purchase of a photo or video is considered to be a written contract, which was made by Letterus Bt. preserves the statutory period.

1.7. The prices shown in the Artandlens webshop are in forint.

1.8. The Seller may unilaterally modify the text of this GTC, which is no effect on the rights and obligations of the parties at the time of the GTC earlier. A possible change will come into effect at the same time as the website appears.

  1. Order

2.1 In the Artandlens Webshop, in the purchase process, the customer can access the content to be selected through the Internet link received from the service provider.

2.2 Visitors can enter the Artandlens website by clicking on the unique link, where the institution, company, theater, etc. The 1999 LXXVI. According to TV's relevant paragraphs, you will find unique content.

- If the buyer is already a Barion user, you can log in to your Barion (email and password pair) to execute the transaction at the expense of an e-money balance or one of your stored credit cards.

- Online credit card payments are implemented through the Barion system. Bank card data will not reach the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt. Providing the service is the institution under the supervision of the National Bank of Hungary: H-en-I-1064/2013.

- If you are not a Barion user, you can pay by entering your card details. The system then offers him the Barion registration and thus securely storing the card data, so next time you will not have to enter card details at any other barion acceptor. After payment, the User will be returned to the acceptance site website, where you can get more information depending on the success of your payment. Barion registration is optional.

In the case of pre-transfer, online payment, credit card payment, we will issue the online invoice, which we send to the email address you specify. There is no possibility of pre -reference to this Artandlens webshop.

2.8 The purchase, contracting, ordered products are paid, so the amount of the money when you arrive at the bank account or, in the case of cash on the web store, or when you pay for a bank account, will be paid for a bank account or other electronic payment.

We will send your invoice later by email. The submission/delivery deadline for the ordered products is one to seven weeks from the order, but up to two weeks.

After the order has been made, the webshop will send an electronic confirmation to the buyer's e-mail address with detailed information on the order.

  1. Use of discounts

The discounts are not possible in our webshop.

3.1 It is not possible to use the coupon for promotional products, exclusively for full goods products.

3.2. Only one coupon code can be used in one order.

  1. The right of withdrawal, details of withdrawal

4.1 If the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase after receiving the product, it can do so within 14 calendar days without reason. The way in which the Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) Shall be governed by the detailed rules for the contracts between the consumer and the enterprise.

4.2 The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day when the goods ordered.

In the event of a purchase of multiple products, if the services of each product are provided at different times, from the date of receipt of the last product provided; In the case of a product consisting of multiple items or pieces, the customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the date of receipt of the last -time item or piece. Our clients can stop at any time before buying the product, and may be reported to our customer service by phone or email. The right of withdrawal is not subject to the product based on individual needs, including the display of personalized content.

4.3 If the Customer wants to withdraw from the purchase, so the written withdrawal declaration is sufficient within 33 calendar days following the receipt of the product, or, in the form of an e -mail, to send it to the service provider and shall be returned within 33 days of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, which is required to pay the postal cost of return.

4.4 Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal in the form of a clear statement or using the following statement pattern:

4.6 In the case of withdrawal, the client shall be subject to the direct cost of returning the product, unless Letterus Bt. he undertook to bear this cost.

4.7 Please return the returned products to our mailing address (1104 Budapest 10 ker. Harmat utca 72. 2 lcsh. 3 em. 9 doors), otherwise the return of the products will be postponed as long as the package returns to this address.

  1. Faulty performance

5.1 If the Buyer has not received the product that the product it has ordered or proven to be defective, please notify our customer service by phone or email immediately, but no later than 3 business days. In such a case, the defective goods are replaced free of charge. In case of defective performance, the following options are for our customers:

5.2 In the case of replacing a defective product, the repetition of the product, after consulting the customer, is organized by the Artandlens Webshop and covers all the costs related to it. If another or equivalent photograph is taken during photography, the replaced goods will be posted on a working day following the return of the defective item. If there is no photograph of a photo base during photography, the buyer may decide whether to maintain your order. If so, you can decide, please contact our customer service

5.3 In the case of a defective product, the purchased product can only be replaced if they are proven to be wrong.

  1. Warranty

6.1 Products are re -checked before dispatch to arrive at the customer in an impeccable condition. However, with the greatest care, the buyer may not be satisfied with the product ordered for some reason. The Artandlens Webshop will do its utmost to deal with customer objections in the most flexible way as possible in accordance with the relevant legislation.

6.2 In the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code), the Seller's accuracy and warranty liability (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code) and 19/2014. (IV. 29.) NGM Decree.

6.3 The distribution of products meets the applicable Hungarian legal requirements in all applicable. The products we sell are provided with the warranty in force at the time of purchase. The Buyer is required to examine the product received as soon as possible and report the deficit and error immediately, but not later than 3 days of receipt of the goods to the Artandlens webshop.

A product is considered to be defective,

6.4 Our responsibility ceases with the non -intended use of the product (eg overload, negligent storage), conversion, careless management. It is also a non-warranty failure if the product has an external heat, chemical or excessive physical effect. The warranty does not cover natural wear and the injury after purchase.

6.5. The Artandlens Webshop reserves the right to serve only or do not serve customers who regularly comply with the conditions contained in this contract or otherwise cause damage to the seller.

  1. Money Back Guarantee

If our product has not been liking for some reason, our webshop will undertake the repayment of the product purchase price within 33 days of receipt of the package.

7.1. If the buyer indicates to us within 33 days that he does not wish to keep the product and lives with the money back guarantee, after returning to the product mailing address, we will be able to refund the purchase price of the returned product/products.

7.2 We only have the opportunity to refund the purchase price in the form of a reference and we can undertake the refund within 33 days of being aware.

7.3 In the event of a repayment guarantee, all packaging and shipping costs shall be borne by the client.

  1. Final Provisions prevent the

8.1. The service provider is not responsible for any damage due to connecting to the Artandlens webshop. It is the visitor's responsibility to assess how to protect your computer data from intruders. Only the customer is responsible for connecting to the Artandlens webshop and shopping on his website. The operator cannot be held liable for force majeure. Mistakes in particular on the Internet network should be considered as a force majeure that Artandlens webshop from unobstructed and purchased on the website, and if the data sent and received on the Internet are lost in connection with the operating error. The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage due to joining the webshop.

8.2 In the event that the visitor violates the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions in any form, the operator may be free to declare the buyer's order invalid and reject his intention to purchase.

8.3. The Artandlens Webshop hereby informs its customers that it will store their data to ensure the contract and the terms of the contract. They do not transfer their data to third parties. When processing the data, the operator of the webshop will act in accordance with the data protection law in force at any time and the privacy principles of the webshop.

8.4. The Contracting Parties will do their utmost to settle any disputes through negotiations. If this is not possible, the Contracting Parties shall impose the jurisdiction of the Pest Court.

8.5. The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this GTC at any time. A possible change will come into effect at the same time as the website appears.

  1. Applicable law, enforcement

Hungarian law shall apply to this contract.

The consumer, which is considered to be a consumer, may contact and initiate the procedure of the body or to apply to the authorities competent for the service provider's seat.
